CMC is engaged by Banks and Financial Institutions to provide Lenders Independent Engineers for the project funded by them. CMC services includes Project Management Review of all project contracts of their feasibility of implementation, costing and relevant Performance Guarantee, Establishing a firm project implementation PERT chart indicating Mile Stone dated duly acceptable to the lenders and borrowers, Establishing of draw down schedule of funds for implementation, linking disbursement of Mile Stone dates and achievement of targets, Examination of all major project implementation, design of both Civil and Electromechanical for their technical soundness and establishing a schedule for issue of detailed engineering designs / drawings to the field so as to ensure adherence of the established (approved) project, PERT Chart, Monthly review of project implementation and report thereof, Quarterly detailed review of all items relevant to project implementation such as contracts, supplies, designs and execution expenditure etc. and report thereof, Establishing reasons for delays and procedures for over coming the slippages, if any, Close monitoring of project cost and establishing reasons for cost over run well in time for taking corrective measures, Assistance / guidance in project commissioning and associated coordination.
